5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment for any services, programs, or resources is final and non-refundable. You agree to complete all payments as outlined, including payment plans. Any chargeback, reversal, or payment failure may result in immediate termination of access to the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Community Guidelines

Participation in our private community space, "The Collective Thread," is subject to appropriate, respectful, and compliant behavior. Sharing of personal health information (PHI), spam, solicitations, or harassment will result in removal from the community and potentially from the program entirely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, The Independent PAC™ disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Under no circumstances shall The Independent PAC™ be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your inability to access the Services, your reliance on any content, or any business, regulatory, or clinical decision made based on the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Independent PAC™, its owners, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (iv) any regulatory, legal, or professional action taken as a result of your business or clinical practices. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your participation in any program or use of the Site or Services.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of California. By using this Site, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this Site with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Participation Agreement

By enrolling in any program or service, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary, that you are not entering into any client-consultant, attorney-client, or provider-patient relationship, and that all content delivered is educational. You are responsible for ensuring that any actions, implementations, or business decisions are compliant with your professional regulations. You agree to abide by deadlines, engagement expectations, and community conduct standards as set forth throughout the program. Access to program features, including group sessions, bonuses, or follow-up resources, may be revoked for any breach of these conditions. Individual participation is subject to review and can be modified or revoked at our discretion. You are expected to actively participate in sessions, complete assigned work, and contribute meaningfully to discussions and group exercises.

We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue level, or client acquisition. Your results depend on your actions, compliance with regulations, market conditions, and other external variables beyond our control. Any templates, checklists, or tools provided are intended as starting points. It is your responsibility to review and customize all materials with appropriate legal or professional support before using them in your business.
